Anisorrhina flavomaculata egregia has an exoskeleton painted with a caramel-Brown color with Vermillion colored blotches at the lower ends of the hardened elytra resembling an odd shape In spite of being symmetrical on both ends, Anisorrhina flavomaculata egregia also has four Black spots on the thorax and two smaller ones slightly below the thoracic segments, there limbs have sickle-ended "Hooks" allowing them to freely grip onto surfaces and food. The upper portion of their legs consists of two segments while the lower portion has 4-7 segments including the sickle-ended claws, the joints present in each limb are highly flexible.
